You acknowledge that Holidify doesn't pre-display screen or approve Consumer Postings, but that Holidify shall contain the right in its sole discretion to refuse, delete or transfer any Person Postings that are available by using the Website or Holidify generated emails, for violating the letter or spirit of those Phrases or for every other motive.
